Who we are

Anovis AI helps companies actually use AI. We work with SMEs and startups globally, across industries. We are curious generalists drawn to hard problems. We sit with a team, build the system they need, teach them to run it, and stay until they can do it without us.

As technology is moving very fast, we test and validate new tools and frameworks constantly to provide our clients with the best solutions at hand.

Our aim is to cut the time teams waste on repetitive tasks, so they can focus on the high-leverage work that needs judgement and real expertise.

Just as important, we help teams do things that were out of reach before, whether the blocker was cost, time, or sheer volume of work.

A few examples of things we have shipped recently: a due-diligence and research workflow for an M&A firm. An image processing pipeline for a gaming company, turning raw images into clean, production-ready ones, resulting in savings of thousands per process run. Years of scattered files and documents turned into a queryable structured database, now growing into an API to be used by a major global airline.

We are a team of 3, and you will be our first salesperson.

The role

You are the top of our funnel. Your job is to find the right companies, start the conversation, and book qualified meetings, then hand them to us to run and close. You get us in the room with people who should be talking to us.

What you'll do

  • Source leads in the markets we already work in such as France, the UK, Switzerland, and Mexico, and the right person to reach inside each one.
  • Build and run our outbound campaigns end to end in Lemlist: the lead list, the multichannel sequence across email, LinkedIn, and calls, the follow-ups, and the tests that make the system convert better.
  • Do the cold calls yourself. In every campaign, you dial the leads, handle the pushback, and turn a talk into a meeting for us to close.
  • Qualify the lead: understand their problem, and judge whether we can help.
  • Book the qualified meeting, and hand us the context so we walk in ready.
  • Keep the pipeline clean, track what is working, and tell us what is not.
  • Run on our own AI setup. You'll use our systems every day to research, write, and move faster. We expect you to build your own solutions to help you and the future sales team to work better.

Requirements

If you're excited about this role, but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification in this job description, we encourage you to apply anyway! We value curiosity and fast learners over credentials.

  • A business-related bachelor's or master's degree (not the most important part; we just want you to understand the business fundamentals).
  • At least one year of experience in sales.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of AI and the technology sector.
  • Comfortable with data analysis. You don't have to know how to write Python or SQL, but you should be able to manage an AI to draw insights from it.
  • Strong bias toward action, ownership, and leveraging AI in day-to-day workflows.
  • You already know business and AI well, and you are hungry to learn even more about both.
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment, building playbooks from scratch.
  • English is required. Spanish is a strong plus. French or German is a bonus.
  • You already use AI tools like Claude Code or Codex.

Nice to have, not required:

  • You know outreach tools like Lemlist, a CRM like HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • You have led people before, even a small team. We are going to grow, and we like to give more responsibility over time.

What you get

  • You'll work directly with the founders, shaping the sales engine.
  • Intensive training on how we use AI at Anovis AI, the tools we use, how our company operates, and how you'll be able to improve it.
  • You'll get ownership from day one.
  • A competitive intern salary, plus performance pay on the qualified meetings you book.
  • Remote, from anywhere in Europe.
  • If you perform, we will keep you, and give you more responsibilities.

How to apply

Pick one company you would try to sell our services to. Then send us four things:

  1. The cold email or LinkedIn message you would send to them.
  2. A 2-3 minute voice note on why you picked them, how you would get the meeting, and why you want to work with us.
  3. A short plan: the outreach steps you would run, across which channels, over the first two weeks.
  4. Your CV.

Send it to jobs@anovisai.com. The first message you send us is the job, so treat it like one.

How we hire

If your first pass lands, you meet the founders. After that, you receive one real task: build a small outbound campaign in Lemlist, the way you would run it for Anovis AI. We look at how you think, not how polished it is. Then we decide together.
