Who we are
We're an ambitious team in love with what technology makes possible. Our goal is to use it to make people's work and lives better, starting with the companies that need it most.
Nine in ten companies are small or mid-sized businesses, and they're often the last to adopt new technology. We're here to help them win. At Anovis AI, we join their team and build with them, then train their people to run what we built. Today that's more than a dozen companies across different industries.
Everything a client gets from us passes through a person, so the quality we bring can never rise above the people we hire. We are a small team, and we run our company on the same technology we bring to clients.
The opportunity
Most small and mid-sized companies have nobody to show them how to use AI. In this role, you are that person.
One morning you're mapping how an investment team researches a company. Later that day you're showing the managing director the system you built for their team.
The role
Once a client signs, you become their technology person. You own the outcome: the quality, the timeline, and whether the team really uses what you built. You stay until they run it without you.
What you'll do
- Identify the bottlenecks and biggest opportunities, decide what to build first, and turn it into a clear plan.
- Build systems, AI agents, internal tools, and automations, connected to the tools the client already uses.
- Turn the knowledge buried in inboxes, drives and spreadsheets into one clean source an AI can answer from.
- Test every system on real cases before anyone relies on it, decide where a person stays in control, and keep improving it.
- Train the client's team to run and extend what you built.
- Write down what you learned, so the whole team builds on it next time.
Requirements
Don't match every line below? Apply anyway. What you've built and how fast you learn matter more than titles.
- You have built software and shipped AI systems that real people use, and you can show them to us.
- You're excellent at UI/UX.
- You build fast with AI coding tools like Claude Code or Codex.
- You connect tools: APIs, webhooks, automation platforms like n8n, and the CRMs, inboxes and accounting systems a business already runs.
- You build with large language models: prompts, agents, search over company documents (RAG), and evals that check whether the output is right.
- You know data protection laws well enough to decide what data an AI system may touch and how it may be used.
- You understand how a business and its operations work.
- You're excellent at explaining technical ideas simply. If a managing director can't repeat your explanation to their team, you try again.
- You are calm and warm with clients, and you care how people feel working with you.
- You learn new businesses and systems fast, and you are very curious.
- Fluent in English is required. German, French or Spanish is a strong plus.
Nice to have:
- You have worked inside a business, in operations or consulting.
- You have trained people or taught classes.
What you get
- Ownership of your clients.
- Close work with the founders, and the chance to help build Anovis AI itself.
- The best AI tools, paid for, and time to learn the new ones.
- Regular company off-sites and client visits when needed.
- As we grow, your role grows with us: more clients, harder problems, and bigger responsibilities.
How to apply
Send us something you built. A rough working prototype beats a polished CV. We need three things:
- A link to something you built: a repo, a live demo, or a short screen recording.
- A 2-3 minute video: explain it as if we were a business owner who doesn't understand technology, then say how you'd take it further for a client.
- Your CV and LinkedIn profile.
Send it to jobs@anovisai.com. How you explain your work matters as much as the work itself.
How we hire
If we like what you send, you meet the founders. Then you get one real-world task, based on the kind of problem our clients bring us. You scope it, build a first version, and walk us through it as if we were the client. Then we decide together.
